Welcome to Asia Tour and Travels. By booking a trip, using our services, or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

General Terms

  • Asia Tour and Travels acts as a tour operator and travel facilitator.
  • All services are provided subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is considered valid only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other accepted methods.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Prices are subject to change due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
  • Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email/letter).
  • Cancellation charges apply as per the following schedule:
    • 30 days before departure – Full refund (minus transaction charges).
    • 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure – No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Guests must carry valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and other required documents.
  • Asia Tour and Travels will not be liable for any loss due to invalid/insufficient travel documents.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

Changes & Modifications

  • Asia Tour and Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotels, or transportation in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
  • Any additional expenses arising due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.

Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
  • It is advisable to purchase travel insurance covering health, accidents, and luggage.
  • Asia Tour and Travels will not be liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Asia Tour and Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural disasters, strikes, flight delays, or third-party services.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked directly with us.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
